We Are Currently Looking For The Following Staff

Skilled & Semi Skilled Butchers / Meat Packers-

Cuts, trims, and de-bones primal sections and prime cuts, using knives, meat saw, cleaver, mincer/grinder and bandsaw, to produce ready to cook cuts of meat, such as roasts, steaks, chops, diced, and ground/minced meat.
Cuts and weighs steaks and chops for individual servings and portion control.
Operate mincer/grinder to grind meat.
Shapes and ties roasting joints.

Quality control and packing product into vacuum bags.

Skilled & Semi Skilled Sausage & Bacon Producers -

Operates machinery that mixes ingredients, such as ground meat and condiments, to make sausage, according to formula:
Weighs ingredients and dumps them into mixing machine.
Operate bowl cutter & mincing machines.
Fill casings with bulk sausage mix
Quality control and packing product into vacuum bags.

Trimming meat primals to specification for bacon production.
Operate a meat brine injection machine
Operate a slicing machine
Quality control and packing product into vacuum bags.

Skilled QC/QA Staff -

Quality control the production and specification of meat products on a production line.

Quality assurance for products being delivered to ensure they meet our required specification.

Must have experience gained from within a Meat/Sausage/Bacon Production Facility

Sales Executive / Account Manager

Open to Thai Nationals Only

1. Male or Female – age is not important.

2. Must speak and understand English proficiently, as many of your customers will be English speaking.

3. Bachelors degree in sales/marketing or a related field.

4. You must have strong account management skills in developing new business within the Foodservices / Catering / Hotel-Restaurant-Café (HORECA) / Retail & Wholesale industry sectors.

5. Experience gained from within the Meat industry and/or knowledge of Meat Product Processing would be advantageous.

6. Basic computer skills (E-mail/Word/Excel) are a must.

7. Good communication skills - the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of business confidently.

8. Must be self motivated and be able to work on your own initiative, without guidance.

9. You must be reliable and self disciplined.

10. You must be target driven with a high activity rate.

11. You must have your own vehicle and driving license.

12. A Strong Desire To Suceed
